The ELITE Spa insulation system is comprised of an impermeable vaporcor seal on the bottom, a high-density Thermo-Seal™ insulation that encapsulates all internal elements, and rigid exterior Thermo-Seal™ insulation panels. The insulation system integrates the Galvalume™ steel frame to form a heat exchange system in each corner to allow motors to cool while providing warm air for the hydrojets. The ELITE Spa insulation system is designed to wrap your spa in a warm, thermal cocoon. The incomparable warmth provides efficient operation even in the most harsh environments.

Production of ELITE Spas by Spa Depot begins with automated vacuum forming. First a sheet of high grade acrylic is heated to a pliabl temperature. Then, actual vacuuming form the acrylic into one of many custom ELITE Spa molds.

A second layer, vinylester laminate resin, is applied to the newly formed acrylic shell. Finally, the dispersion of chopped fiberglass completes the 3-laey laminate process.

It is this three-layer laminate that provides each ELITE Spa shell with structural integrity that is far beyond all spa industry standards.

After plumbing, each spa is put through a vigorous water testing. Every line is checked for equal distribution of water flow through it's jets; the entire spe is examined to assure it's seals and connections are completely flawless.

Final completion of an ELITE Spa by Spa Depot includes both Thermo-Seal™ insulation and a WeatherAll cabinet. These two critical components ensure both maximum het retention and lower operating costs. The WeatherAll cabinet completes the spa by providing a virtually maintenance free exterior.
